New Jersey Clean Energy Resource Network The NJ CERN website, developed by Rutgers University in conjunction with New Jersey’s Board of Public Utilities, Economic Development Authority, Business Action Center and Department of Environmental Protection, is a comprehensive database that brings together valuable information about state and federal incentives, financing opportunities, business development assistance and up-to-date information about policies, permitting, and green job development.
Motor Vehicle Emissions Simulator This EPA link shows the Motor Vehicle Emission Simulator (MOVES), an emission modeling system that estimates emissions for mobile sources covering a broad range of pollutants and allows multiple scale analysis. The current version estimates emissions from cars, trucks and motorcycles. The link provides general information and using instructions for MOVES.
